Daniel Patrick Wendt is a member of law firm Miller & Chevalier, focusing on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). He assists corporations with pre-acquisition due diligence reviews, internal investigations and compliance program design and implementation, including third-party due diligence reviews.
