Ben Kimberley is an attorney in Winston & Strawn’s San Francisco office. He focuses his practice on Foreign Corrupt Practice Act (FCPA) issues, white collar and internal investigations, complex civil litigation, financial regulation and litigation, and government ethics compliance.
