Alla Digilova, Eugene Goryunov and Alok Choksi
Alla Digilova is a New York-based partner with Haynes Boone’s capital markets and securities practice group. Her practice focuses on capital markets transactions and advising issuers on initial public offerings, equity offerings, high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings and private placements of securities.
Eugene Goryunov is a partner and co-chair of the AI and deep learning practice group at Haynes Boone. He represents clients in complex patent matters involving technologies ranging from consumer goods to high-tech and medical devices. Eugene also serves as first-chair trial counsel in post-grant review trials before the USPTO, representing both petitioners and patent owners.
Alok Choksi serves as counsel in the corporate practice group in Haynes Boone's New York office. His practice focuses on capital markets and securities, representing investment banks, domestic issuers and foreign private issuers in equity securities offerings. Alok works with a wide range of industries, including aviation, consumer goods and technology.
