Achilles, a supply chain risk management provider, announced that it completed an acquisition of Australian contractor management and compliance software company Cm3. Details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Achilles said in a news release that the acquisition followed approval by Australian regulators and will strengthen the company’s position in the Asia-Pacific regions. Cm3 will keep its established teams and will benefit from Achilles’ greater scale, expertise and investment, creating opportunities to enhance services and capabilities, the company said.
“Cm3 is a highly respected business with strong customer relationships and deep expertise in contractor management and workplace safety,” Achilles CEO Sebastien Roussotte said in the news release. “We see significant opportunities to combine our expertise, technology and global reach to deliver even greater value to customers, while building on everything that has made Cm3 successful in the Australian market.”
