U.S. Compliance, an environmental health and safety services provider, has acquired Denver-based Hellman & Associates. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Minnesota-based U.S. Compliance, backed by Susquehanna Growth Equity, offers a subscription-based model that integrates consulting, cloud software and on-demand support. Hellman & Associates, founded in 1998, serves over 140 businesses in the Rocky Mountain region with its Assured Compliance program and other EHS services.
