The findings, based on a survey of 200 senior executives across corporates, private equity firms and investment banks conducted by Mergermarket on behalf of Norton Rose Fulbright, point to a market gaining confidence even as a two-speed dynamic persists between surging megadeals and a more subdued mid-market.
