K2 Integrity has acquired Leviathan Security Group, a provider of cybersecurity services and programs, the New York-based risk management and investigations firm said. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Leviathan Security Group, based in Tukwila, Washington, provides penetration testing, risk advisory, red team and hardware security services. The acquisition comes less than a year after Aaron Karczmer was named CEO of K2 Integrity in October 2025. Karczmer previously worked at PayPal, American Express and the New York County District Attorney’s Office. Frank Heidt, who founded Leviathan in 2006, will join K2 Integrity along with his team.
“The combination of the collective capabilities and resources, and collaboration between Frank and Mike, will enable us to provide innovative tech-enabled services to our clients,” Karczmer said in a news release.
