FreeThe Canadian Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act came into force on January 1, 2024. Starting May 31, 2024, covered Canadian entities are required to fulfil their new due diligence reporting obligations to prevent and mitigate forced labour and child labour in their supply chains.
