Vasco Brazao and Tania Ramos
Vasco Brazão is a behavioral consultant at CLOO based in Lisbon, working on integrity and education. He is currently finishing his dissertation for master’s in Psychology in Lisbon and Economics, analyzing how scientists have studied the effects of one session of mindfulness meditation. Tania Ramos is a Director and part of the Global Executive Team at the CLOO Behavioral Insights Unit. Tania applies knowledge from behavioral economics and psychology and evidence-based experimentation to promote behavioral changes. She is currently leading projects on the application of behavioral insights to anti-corruption, corporate learning and debt reduction. Tania holds a Ph.D. in Social and Organizational Psychology from ISCTE and was a postdoctoral researcher at New York University. Her work has been published in peer-reviewed journals, including Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, Basic and Applied Social Psychology and Journal of Business Research.
