Tom C.W. Lin
Tom C.W. Lin is the Feinberg Chair Professor of Law at Temple University Beasley School of Law. His research and teaching expertise are in the areas of business organizations, corporations, securities regulation, financial technology, financial regulation and compliance. Tom and his research have been cited and published by numerous leading journals, including UCLA Law Review, Notre Dame Law Review, Boston University Law Review, Minnesota Law Review and Emory Law Journal, among others. His expertise has been featured in major media outlets like The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, Bloomberg News and the Financial Times. His research has also been internationally recognized by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the Ontario Securities Commission, among other regulatory bodies.
