Tom C.W. Lin is the Feinberg Chair Professor of Law at Temple University Beasley School of Law. His research and teaching expertise are in the areas of business organizations, corporations, securities regulation, financial technology, financial regulation and compliance. Tom and his research have been cited and published by numerous leading journals, including UCLA Law Review, Notre Dame Law Review, Boston University Law Review, Minnesota Law Review and Emory Law Journal, among others.
