Tim O'Toole and Leah Moushey
Tim O'Toole is practice lead for Miller & Chevalier's economic sanctions and export controls practice. His white-collar defense practice focuses on high-stakes cases involving the economic sanctions, export controls, foreign investment, cybersecurity and anti-money laundering laws. His clients run the gamut, including U.S. and non-U.S. financial institutions, and public and private companies in the aviation, insurance, logistics, manufacturing, energy and telecommunications sectors.
Leah Moushey is counsel in the international department at Miller & Chevalier. Her practice focuses on design and implementation of corporate compliance programs, as well as internal and government investigations on a range of issues, including foreign bribery, money laundering and fraud.
