Thomas F. Rybarczyk is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Kelley Drye. A former chief of the Public Corruption and Civil Rights Section in the Central District of California, he draws on nearly a decade of investigative, prosecutorial and extensive courtroom experience to help companies, individuals and boards navigate complex civil litigation, government investigations and significant reputational challenges.
