Brian Rubin and Adam Pollet
Brian Rubin is an Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP partner and an NSCP board member and was a member of the committee that authored the NSCP “Firm and CCO Liability Framework,” developed to provide guidance to regulators, CCOs and firms regarding perceived or actual CCO liability.
Adam Pollet is a partner at Eversheds Sutherland. He defends corporations, broker-dealers, investment advisers and individuals in enforcement and litigation matters involving the SEC, FINRA, state regulatory agencies and numerous federal and state courts. He also represents clients in internal investigations and regulatory examinations and counsels them on various regulatory and compliance matters.
