Robert Johnston is a partner in Lowenstein Sandler’s investment management group and white collar defense practice, and he focuses on internal investigations, SEC examinations and enforcement, regulatory compliance advice and counseling, compliance program design and implementation, cross-border due diligence, compliance auditing and monitoring and commercial disputes.
Brian Mich is a partner in Control Risks’ Compliance, forensics and intelligence practice in the Americas region. A former prosecutor, he has over 30 years of experience in the private and public sectors conducting fraud and corruption investigations. He advises companies and their counsel on corporate compliance matters and conducts investigations into allegations of fraud, corruption and money laundering.
Ulla Pentinpuro is a principal in charge of Control Risks’ compliance, forensics and intelligence practice for Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean, where she oversees regional teams focusing on business intelligence and regulatory investigations. She has over 20 years of experience, with a special emphasis on complex investigations, including fraud, corruption and money-laundering allegations, as well as litigation support and asset searches.
