Ray Williams and Norman Ford
Ray Williams serves as Vice President, Compliance for Comscore, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of compliance efforts for the company. Ray is responsible for revising, enhancing and oversees all compliance efforts for Comscore, working closely with the Chief Compliance and People and Privacy Officer and other key stakeholders to ensure that the company and its employees understand and are complying with all applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. Additionally, he is responsible for developing and improving training and education and manages and monitors the company’s global policies and procedures library, including the code of business conduct and policies on ethics, reporting and non-retaliation.
Ray earned a B.S. from Ferrum College, an Accounting Diploma from Strayer University and a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Liberty University. He resides in Lucketts, Virginia with his wife and four children.
Norman Ford is VP Compliance Products, Skillsoft Global Compliance Solutions, with responsibility for the compliance product portfolio at Skillsoft. His role prior to joining SkillSoft was Vice President of eLearning Products and Services and co-founder of GoTrain Corp. Prior to GoTrain, Norman served as Manager of Technical Assistance and Qualification for Lockheed Martin Energy Systems, where he was responsible for the development of Lockheed Martin Energy Systems training requirements and procedures and provided corporate subject matter expertise in regulatory and compliance issues. Norman has over 30 years of experience in Conduct of Operations, Nuclear Operations, Training Drills, Qualification, Certification, Training Procedure and Technical Training issues while serving organizations including Lockheed Martin, the U.S. Department of Energy and the U.S. Department of Defense (U.S. Navy).
