Phil Brown
Phillip (Phil) Brown has been the Chief Strategy Officer at Intelligize, Inc. since March 2014. Phil is responsible for all aspects of product strategy, quality and management across Intelligize’s product suite. A pioneer in the development of electronic document retrieval, he provides Intelligize with strategic guidance on product development and further enhances its customer focus.
Phil has an extensive knowledge of SEC filings, processes and regulatory framework, as well as over 20 years of experience in the legal and business information industry. Prior to his current role, Phil worked with Intelligize as a Strategic Advisor and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Global Securities Information, Inc., which he co-founded. He has written two books on SEC research, has won numerous awards for entrepreneurship and product innovation and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Old Dominion University.
