Patricia Adams is a New York-based partner in Vinson & Elkins’ executive compensation & benefits practice. She advises clients on a wide range of compensation and employee benefits arrangements, particularly with regard to issues arising from mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and initial public offerings.
Eric Hechler is a New York-based associate in Vinson & Elkins’ executive compensation & benefits practice. He advises clients with regard to the applicable tax, securities law, and corporate governance aspects of executive compensation arrangements and employment, severance, change in control, bonus and retention agreements. Eric also advises clients on employee and compensation-related issues in mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and private equity transactions.
