Michael McCutcheon is a partner in Baker McKenzie’s Chicago and New York offices. His practice focuses on commercial litigation and arbitration, representing domestic and international entities in complex disputes around the world. 
Ruby Borja is a litigation associate in Baker McKenzie's Chicago office. Prior to joining the firm, Ruby served as a judicial law clerk to Judge John T. Copenhaver Jr. of the US District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
