Michael Himmel is chair of Lowenstein Sandler’s white-collar criminal defense practice. He has extensive experience litigating and advising on matters related to white collar crime such as antitrust, fraud, corruption and federal investigations. He serves private and public corporations in various industries.
Rachel Maimin is a former assistant U.S. attorney in the Southern District of New York and current partner in Lowenstein Sandler’s white-collar criminal defense group. Her practice largely focuses on counseling clients through compliance and enforcement matters and guiding them through risk-mitigation and effective policy and protocol reviews. Rachel provides defense for clients facing complex financial crimes targeted by the DOJ, the SEC, FINRA and other regulators.
Rebecca Ryan is an associate in Lowenstein Sandler’s white-collar criminal defense practice. She represents individuals and companies in connection with internal and government investigations and complex commercial litigation. She has worked on investigations involving allegations of employee misconduct, accounting fraud, tax fraud, bank fraud, securities fraud and health care fraud.
