Michael is Principal of NXG Global Law & Compliance, where his practice focuses on anti-corruption programs, public policy advocacy, regulatory counseling, and the implementation of corporate compliance programs. Prior to establishing NXG Global, Michael served as the Director of Private Sector Initiatives for Transparency International and practiced law at the Firm of Powell, Goldstein, Frazer & Murphy.
