Merrick Benn and Charlie Reid
Merrick Benn is chair and CEO-elect of law firm Womble Bond Dickinson (U.S.) and a member of the firm’s global board. With a practice focused on global finance, Benn has 25 years of experience counseling banks and equipment finance companies in balancing risk management alongside growth.
Charlie Reid leads Womble Bond Dickinson’s London banking team and is a member of the firm’s global board. He has extensive experience advising banks, development finance institutions, funds and other alternative lenders, as well as a range of borrowers, in developed and emerging markets.
