Melissa Jampol is a member of Epstein Becker Green in the Health Care & Life Sciences and Litigation & Business Disputes practices. A former federal and state prosecutor, Melissa represents health care organizations — including health care systems, physician group practices, pharmacies, clinical laboratories and other health care providers — and their officers and directors in a variety of enforcement matters at both the state and federal levels.
Machelle Shields is a Strategic Advisor for EBG Advisors, Inc. She has more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of compliance and ethics, privacy (HIPAA) and reimbursement support and strategy. Prior to her joining EBG Advisors, Machelle was the Senior Executive Healthcare Policy and Compliance Advisor for the health law practice of an international law firm, as well as the president of that firm’s wholly owned regulatory affiliate.
Jeffrey Mongiello is an Associate in the Litigation & Business Disputes and Health Care and Life Sciences practices, in the Newark office of Epstein Becker Green. He has extensive commercial litigation, white-collar criminal defense and appellate litigation experience.
