Matthew P. Diehr leads Husch Blackwell’s state attorneys general practice, focusing his practice primarily on representing clients in high-stakes antitrust and commercial litigation matters and in civil and criminal investigations and litigation brought by state attorneys general and the federal government.
Rebecca Furdek is a partner at Husch Blackwell in Milwaukee. Before joining Husch Blackwell, she served as counsel to the solicitor at the US Department of Labor, an appointed position in which she gained firsthand insight into agency rulemaking and administrative enforcement.
Julia Banegas is an associate in the Washington, DC office of Husch Blackwell. She serves as a liaison and advocate for clients before various state and federal agencies such as the Federal Election Commission (FEC), FTC and Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) — as well as in state and federal court.
Abraham J. Souza is senior counsel in the St. Louis office of Husch Blackwell. He divides his current practice between sensitive investigations and high-stakes litigation. He regularly represents clients during both internal and government investigations, as well as government enforcement actions. Abe also represents clients in complex business disputes and commercial litigation matters, including those involving antitrust and class-action claims.
