Mark Foster is co-chair of Morrison & Foerster’s Securities Litigation, Enforcement and White Collar Defense Group, where he represents public companies, as well as officers and directors, in securities fraud class actions, shareholder derivative lawsuits, shareholder demands and related investigations.
David Wiener is an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office in the Securities Litigation, Enforcement and White Collar Defense Group.
