Margarita Derelanko is a Certified Healthcare Compliance (CHC) professional, serving as the Director of Compliance at Ivy Rehab Network that is comprised of hundreds of clinics nationally. An awarded Compliance “Trendsetter,” Margarita utilizes her own Compliance Awareness, Reinforcement, and Engagement (CARE) philosophy to seamlessly integrate compliance into healthcare businesses by making it attainable, operational, and engaging. Margarita enjoys empowering the larger compliance community through national presentations and publications and has co-chaired multiple external quality assurance, compliance, and privacy/security committees in New Jersey, where she resides.
