Marco Cruz is a Brazilian lawyer with 20 years' experience in the Corporate Law area, heading Legal Departments and partnering Law Offices. In the last 12 years, he was also deeply involved in Compliance area, as Compliance Officer and Compliance Advisor, developing compliance programs and awareness.
He has developed and created ethics and compliance policies, procedures and manuals; he was also responsible for conducting, investigating, closure and follow-up of compliance process decisions.
