Luciano Racco

Luciano Racco is counsel in Foley Hoag‘s Business Department and co-chair of the Trade Sanctions & Export Controls practice, where he advises clients on international trade compliance regulations, including sanctions and export controls under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Foreign Trade Regulations (FTR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations. He also counsels clients on a variety of other international trade laws, including the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) regulations, anti-boycott laws and anti-corruption laws under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
