Kristina M. Launey is co-head of Seyfarth’s ADA Title III Specialty Team and managing partner of the firm’s Sacramento office. She regularly advises and defends clients in litigation arising under the Americans with Disabilities Act and related California disability access laws.
John W. Egan is co-head of Seyfarth’s ADA Title III Specialty Team and a partner in Seyfarth’s New York office. He has successfully defended clients in ADA matters and has substantial experience defending clients in class action litigation involving the accessibility of websites for individuals with visual and hearing disabilities.
