Kirk Foster, Michael DeBernardis and David Tannenbaum
Kirk Foster is assistant general counsel and director of compliance and privacy at HII Mission Technologies. Prior to this role, he had a distinguished career in the US Navy’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps.
Michael DeBernardis is chair of Hughes, Hubbard & Reed’s global investigations, enforcement and compliance US practice and a member of the white collar and regulatory defense practice group. He’s also co-chair of the firm’s multilateral development bank investigations and sanctions practice.
David Tannenbaum is an associate in the Washington DC office of Hughes Hubbard & Reed. He is a member of the firm’s litigation department working primarily with the global investigations, enforcement and compliance and sanctions, export controls and anti-money laundering practice groups.
