Jessica S. Carey is Co-chair of the Paul, Weiss Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s Management Committee. She has deep experience handling a wide range of sensitive criminal, regulatory and complex commercial litigation matters, particularly on behalf of financial institutions. Jessica has helped numerous clients successfully navigate their most significant, threatening white collar matters and internal investigations. She frequently represents companies in sensitive investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice, the SEC, the CFTC, various federal and state regulators, and other government agencies.

MendelsohnMark F. Mendelsohn is a partner in the Litigation Department and Chair of the Anti-Corruption & FCPA Group, and a member of the White Collar and Regulatory Defense, Internal Investigations and Securities Litigation Practice Groups. Prior to joining Paul, Weiss, Mark served as the deputy chief of the Fraud Section of the Criminal Division of the United States Department of Justice (DOJ), and is internationally acknowledged and respected as the architect and key enforcement official of DOJ’s modern Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) enforcement program.

JaffePeter Jaffe is a counsel in the Litigation Department and serves as the Deputy Chair of the Anti-Corruption & FCPA Practice Group. He focuses on counseling, compliance program design and implementation, M&A and transactional due diligence, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and corruption-related internal investigations and corporate governance issues. Peter has advised numerous leading multinational corporations on the design and implementation of corporate compliance and training programs, and the financial controls related to such programs, with an international emphasis.
