James Christie and Nick Manningham
James Christie is a partner in the New York office of Labaton Keller Sucharow. He focuses on prosecuting complex securities fraud cases on behalf of institutional investors and is currently involved in litigating cases against major US and non-US corporations, such as Estée Lauder, ZoomInfo, Roblox, Lockheed Martin and Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. He is a member of the firm's executive committee and also serves as assistant general counsel and co-chair of the technology committee.
Nick Manningham is of counsel in the New York office of Labaton Keller Sucharow, focusing on litigating securities fraud class actions on behalf of institutional investors. He began his legal career as an assistant corporation counsel for the New York City law department where he represented the city of New York in federal civil rights actions.
