Hitesh Patel is managing director of investigations at Secretariat. He has 30 years of cross-sector international experience investigating white-collar crime investigations, asset tracing and recovery and regulatory enforcement. Over the course of his career, he has led numerous assignments focusing on complex multi-jurisdictional issues including bribery and corruption, financial misrepresentation, money laundering and sanctions, market abuse, cyber fraud, employee misconduct, procurement fraud, theft of intellectual property and third-party risk.
