Greg Watson

Greg Watson is Head of APAC Sales and Global Head of Corporate & Institutional Banking at Fenergo. Greg joined Fenergo in 2017 to provide strategic assistance to the global sales organization. Prior to this, Greg worked for seven years with HSBC, most recently as a Managing Director & Global Head of the Client Management Group for the Global Banking & Markets division. In this role, Greg was responsible for building out a client-facing organization to manage client onboarding and due diligence, spanning the entire product set of GBM across 30+ countries. Greg was responsible for the definition and delivery of a standard operating model across onboarding, client due diligence and client exits, covering people, process and technology. In addition to this role, Greg has held several other positions within HSBC, including Global Head of Client Onboarding and COO for COBAM.

Previously, Greg worked in private equity, in business/product management for UBS Investment Bank and in various IT and transformation roles for Centrica, Reuters and a management consultancy.
