Giovanni Gallo is Co-CEO and Chief Development Officer at ComplianceLine, a provider of case management, exclusion screening and whistleblower hotline solutions to give caring leaders visibility and clarity to care for their people. He leads ComplianceLine’s development of people, solutions and processes, with a focus on enabling compliance professionals to more effectively protect their teams and serve their company missions.

Giovanni is passionate about helping people thrive in the workplace and knows that compliance is culture; it is vital to retaining quality staff and critical to any organization’s success. A first-generation American son of a Cuban refugee, Giovanni is dedicated to bringing the warmth and dedication of his entrepreneurial family business roots to transform lives through building thrivingly integrated workplaces. Throughout his career, he has worked in innovative startups, guided growth at mission-oriented health care providers and advised multinational companies on strategic growth initiatives.

Giovanni has a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and an MBA in Management and Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. If he’s not chasing his two young children around, he enjoys snowboarding, riding his motorcycle and supporting education and economic empowerment.
