She represents companies and individuals with government-facing civil investigations, independent investigations and civil litigation brought under various federal and state regulations. Farmer has a particular focus on counseling healthcare companies on healthcare fraud and abuse matters related to alleged violations under the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law and other state and federal laws.
