Frank Nolan is a litigation partner in the Eversheds Sutherland’s New York City office. He represents companies in class action and commercial litigation and arbitration all over the country. He serves as lead counsel for companies defending class claims arising from privacy statutes, data breaches and an assortment of consumer protection laws. He has particular experience in the insurance industry and has also represented clients in high-stakes litigation and arbitration across a wide range of other sectors, including life sciences, real estate, banking, manufacturing, technology, biometrics and aeronautics.
Amy Albanese is an associate in Eversheds Sutherland’s New York City office. She counsels clients in all aspects of complex commercial litigation, securities enforcement and internal investigations, including contract disputes, consumer protection and other general business litigation matters. Her experience spans a variety of industries, including insurance and financial services, mortgages and structured finance, retail, technology, media and telecommunications, securities and brokerage firms.
