Ferdose al-Taie is a shareholder in the Dallas and Washington, D.C., offices of Baker Donelson. She is a former DOJ prosecutor and SEC senior counsel with 25 years of experience in white-collar criminal defense, internal investigations, antitrust/competition law, SEC enforcement, government investigations and corporate compliance.
Lindsay E. Ray, a shareholder in Baker Donelson’s Government enforcement and investigations group, represents clients in litigation matters, with a focus on white-collar defense, complex commercial litigation, administrative proceedings, securities litigation, and governmental investigations.
J. Tyler Wampler is an associate in the Nashville office of Baker Donelson. He is a member of the advocacy department, and prior to joining Baker Donelson, he served in the US Army, where he worked in aviation operations and was selected as the 1st Aviation Brigade Soldier of the Year.
