Her clients have included both corporations and individuals in the aerospace and defense, financial services, insurance, healthcare, energy and manufacturing industries.
Scott McBride is a partner in the Houston office of Morgan Lewis. He represents and advises healthcare clients, including hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, physician groups, home health companies, device companies, service providers, non-traditional healthcare companies and other clients in False Claims Act (FCA) litigation, internal and external investigations, overpayment disputes and demands, regulatory enforcement proceedings, including civil monetary penalties related to HIPAA, and healthcare regulatory and reimbursement compliance matters.
Jennifer M. Wollenberg is a litigation partner resident in the Washington, D.C., office of Morgan Lewis.
