Clark Sells
Clark Sells is a Solution Principal with Sovos. In this role, Clark works with Sovos’ global partners to understand current tax information reporting problems in the 1099, FATCA, CRS and ACA reporting space. He is a subject matter expert in areas of tax payer identification number matching, non-wage information reporting and state reporting.
Over the last 10 years, Clark has served as liaison to various state and federal governments specializing in emerging compliance items. He currently serves on the IRS Information Reporting Program Advisory Committee (IRPAC), Chair of the Employer Information Reporting & Burden Reduction Committee (EIRBR) and is a member of the Counsel for Electronic Revenue Communication Advancement (CERCA), which exists to provide guidance on new and existing information reporting process and procedures. Previously, he worked in various Global Treasury Services roles within Bank of America and Ameriprise Financial.
