Brooke Schneider
Brooke Schneider is a senior associate in the litigation and arbitration team of international law firm Withers. She advises in the areas of complex contract, employment and commercial litigation, with a focus on business torts, restrictive covenants and unlawful terminations. She has represented individuals (including officers and directors) and businesses before federal and state courts, as well as in federal, state and local administrative agencies.
She also advises employers and senior executives regarding the structuring and negotiation of compensation packages and incentive plans and in the development of exit strategies and restrictive covenants. She provides counseling and advice to employers in a broad range of industries, including retail, banking, insurance, art galleries and family offices, relating to policy drafting and implementation, internal investigations, federal and state discrimination claims, risk management and reputational management. Brooke has also conducted internal trainings for managers and staff.
