Brett W. Johnson is a partner at Snell & Wilmer. He represents businesses and individuals in government relations matters, and his practice includes state and federal constitutional law, government regulatory compliance, export, government contracting, political and election law, and healthcare matters, including professional liability defense and commercial litigation. Brett serves on the firm’s elected five-person executive committee, as well as serving as the chairman of the special litigation & compliance practice and co-chairman of the international industry group.
T. Troy Galan is an associate in the Dallas office of Snell & Wilmer. He is a member of the firm's special litigation and compliance practice group, where he represents publicly and privately held companies as well as government entities, agencies and office holders. He has experience drafting investigations and audit reports analyzing international trade and sanctions compliance activity including risk assessments, due diligence, export licensing and potential violations.
