Allegra Lawrence-Hardy and Kathy Glennon
Allegra Lawrence-Hardy is the co-founder of the law firm, Lawrence & Bundy LLC. She uses creativity and results-oriented strategic analysis to develop legal solutions that work for her clients. Allegra works with her clients on complex commercial and labor and employment matters, and she is known for her skill in trying cases, negotiating complex settlements and finding creative solutions. Allegra helps develop processes and tools for improving the efficiency and delivery of legal services.
Kathy Glennon specializes in employment litigation and counseling for Lawrence & Bundy LLC. She has represented clients in individual and class action discrimination lawsuits, as well as collective action wage and hour lawsuits. Kathy has experience conducting investigations and counseling employers on matters such as employee discipline, terminations and leaves of absence. She has also reviewed and drafted employee handbooks, policies and employee agreements.
