Sarah Carlson and Judith Shophet Sidkoff
Sarah Carlson is a partner in the San Diego office of Sidley Austin. She represents product manufacturers, importers, distributors and retailers at all stages of a consumer product’s lifecycle. She counsels clients relative to product testing, reporting requirements, effectuating and/or defending against product recalls, responding to civil penalty investigations and developing and implementing robust safety compliance programs.
Judith Shophet Sidkoff is a partner in the Century City office of Sidley Austin. She counsels manufacturers, importers, distributors and retailers of consumer products in connection with regulatory matters before and involving the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
