Episode Two of the FCPA Video Training Series is available today on the CCI website. Hosted by CCI founder Maurice Gilbert and featuring FCPA expert Tom Fox of Tom Fox Law, the series began last week with Episode 1: “What is the FCPA.” Nine additional episodes will follow.
The series takes the viewer through various key aspects of the 1977 law, which prohibits United States companies from engaging in bribery and corruption of non-U.S. government officials.
Today’s episode, and subsequent installments, is 3-4 minutes in length and is ideal for legal, compliance and operations personnel.
The entire series will be available to viewers on Corporate Compliance Insights’ YouTube Channel.
