Job Description

American Career College (ACC) and West Coast University (WCU) are excited to be recruiting for Director, Compliance to be located in Irvine, CA. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with the drive and passion to create new/improve compliance processes to support both schools.

Summary:
The Director, Compliance serves as the compliance liaison between American Career College, West Coast University and Administration. Monitors the campus performance for all campuses within each college and university location by providing regulatory guidance support, including through the audit and analysis of routine assessments, as well as through other forms of campus communication and data reporting, to determine where gaps exist in the institution’s ability to meet the requirements of all regulatory and accrediting bodies.

Qualifications:

  • At least five years professional experience in the field of education or other highly regulated industry.
  • Knowledge of state, federal and local laws/regulations relating to programs, governmental compliance and other regulatory standards such as WASC, ABHES. BPPE, and other accreditation standards.
  • Experience with MS Office.
  • Knowledge of applicable databases and computer application systems to supply the most accurate information, reports and projections.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of all regulatory requirements to which ACC/WCU campuses are held accountable, as well as the appropriate policies that respond to those requirements.
