In 1993 AT&T released a series of commercials – dubbed the “You Will” ads – that posited several predictions about the future. While not all of the predictions came completely true (email has replaced faxing, for example), the majority are pretty spot on. Take a look.
This National Geographic video does a great job of succinctly putting into perspective just how much 7 billion is, how we got to that number and where it could be leading, and what it all could mean. Definitely worth the 2 1/2 minute time investment to watch.
I happened upon one of his videos earlier today and was quite impressed. You see, while at first glance it appears as if there are four people singing in the video below, you quickly realize that it is just one person – Neel – singing four different parts of a barbershop quartet.
