The position is open due to promotion and it offers unparalleled career advancement. You will report directly to the VP of Global Ethics & Compliance.
Responsibilities of Compliance Director:
- Supervise the activities of 3 Compliance Managers
- Reviewing, revising and implementing all compliance activities related to code of conduct, training, and investigations
- Designing a risk assessment program
- Designing a framework for the various business units to develop a successful compliance program and reporting structure
- Designing an effective investigations process framework
- Designing effective metrics and measurements process for the business units
Requirements of Compliance Director:
- Demonstrated experience in a senior compliance role
- Process oriented – we need someone to design compliance programs for several distinct business lines
- Creative thinker – we tailor the compliance process to be effective yet not disrupt the business
Relocation:
- Relocation provided but we do not purchase your home
