Compliance Director at Fortune 500 Company

Location: San Francisco, California

A Fortune 500 company that is the leader in its industry segment – and experiencing cumulative 7 year revenue growth of 212% and employee revenue growth of 35% – is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill its Compliance Director position.

The position is open due to promotion and it offers unparalleled career advancement.  You will report directly to the VP of Global Ethics & Compliance.

Responsibilities of Compliance Director:

  • Supervise the activities of 3 Compliance Managers
  • Reviewing, revising and implementing all compliance activities related to code of conduct, training, and investigations
  • Designing a risk assessment program
  • Designing a framework for the various business units to develop a successful compliance program and reporting structure
  • Designing an effective investigations process framework
  • Designing effective metrics and measurements process for the business units

Requirements of Compliance Director:

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior compliance role
  • Process oriented – we need someone to design compliance programs for several distinct business lines
  • Creative thinker – we tailor the compliance process to be effective yet not disrupt the business

Relocation:

  • Relocation provided but we do not purchase your home
