We are representing an industry leading global pharmaceutical company experiencing 27% revenue growth and 24% employee growth. The Associate General Counsel position is newly created due to company growth.

Responsibilities of Associate General Counsel:

  • Support the R&D, Regulatory, and Clinical Operations areas.
  • Advise senior management on legal, compliance, IP and liability matters.
  • Drafting and negotiation of transactions involving clinical research, CROs/CMOs, manufacturing arrangements, and licensing.

Requirements of Associate General Counsel:

  • JD with minimum 10 years practicing law. Experience can include law firm and pharmaceutical/biologics background.
  • Must have experience advising in the area of clinical R&D functions.
